Shirley Ballas looked amazing in a polka dot bikini on Instagram on Thursday as she started the sixth day of her annual juice-only diet.
The Strictly Come Dancing judge, 63, took to her Story to showcase her trim figure as she attends the Juice Master Retreat in Portugal.
She captioned the snap: ‘Starting day six at @juicemasterretreats feeling so much better cleaner lighter head space more clear.
‘This is a must for me yearly to get myself in a good place. @jasonvale just simply the best place ever thank you Jason for all you do for soo many people here in Portugal.’
At the retreat, called Juicy Oasis Portugal, guests will drink only juices for seven days. According to the website, there is no food at all – bar an optional salad upon arrival and departure.

Guests can stay for multiple weeks, but Jason recommends a maximum of four consecutive stays.
Prices start at £1600 and there is a second retreat, Juicy Mountain Turkey.
Controversially, anyone from 14 is allowed to attend – and there are no medical staff around in case a week of no food proves too much for some guest.

In 2023, just one week before the new series of Strictly, Shirley revealed she lost 9lbs.
Shirley told how at the retreat, favoured also by Alison Hammond, she was put through her paces in spin and yoga classes and kickstarted each morning with a two-hour hike.
The dancer told MailOnline at the time: ‘I lost 9lb. Yoga is definitely something I’m going to keep up throughout the whole Strictly series. I have cleansed my system too, I do colonic irrigation, I’m up at 5am every morning.
‘I wasn’t there to sunbathe, I was there to take every spin class, two hours hiking up hills that would put my heart rate close to 179, that’s how high we were going. It was a tough, tough week of hard work but I came back really rejuvenated.’
In 2022, Shirley did the retreat just months after she had a health scare and had to undergo a series of tests on all of her organs after fans spotted a lump in her armpit.

Thankfully, the results came back all clear for all organs.
At the retreat, Shirley shared an image of her busy schedule which included activities such as volleyball, yoga, walks and of course juicing.
Captioning her post, Shirley penned: ‘Well what an experience here with @jasonvale @juicemasterretreats. It’s been absolutely transformative learning about juicing, The schedule is tough but you can do as much or as little as you like.
‘Me I did it all today and I’m exhausted but feeling proud of myself. The hike was just beautiful, the views breathtaking. All the classes informative and so professionally put across to all levels, so impressive. I even tried volley ball today lol trampolining was an experience in itself.’
The ‘Queen of Latin’ continued: ‘I’m happy I took time to focus on myself, to do the things I love long time overdue, and I met some very cool people. I’ve even had a colonic to clean my system which I loved and I truly felt lighter and cleaner from the inside out.
‘Facial, massage, rainforest scrub, this will be an experience I will have in my calendar from now on,, it’s been a phenomenal experience here in Portugal Wow wow wow. Loved being here with my friend and publicist @lauransinclair.’
In 2021, Shirley underwent scans at King College Hospital after doctors flagged concern about her high testosterone levels.
Doctors were initially searching for a suspected lump in her armpit after concerned fans noticed it on Strictly in October.
Medical tests also revealed a shadow on her kidney, but the doctor gave her the all clear.
On September 21, Strictly Come Dancing will return for a twenty-second series – and Shirley will once again be at the judging helm.
Fans and foes alike will be watching closely to see how the BBC dance programme bounces back from the scandals that plagued this year.
