RIDGEWOOD, NJ — The Ridgewood Library has some questions for you: “You may not have any good skills. You know, like nunchuck skills, bow hunting skills, or computer hacking skills. But do you have trivia skills?”
This month’s trivia event — taking place not at the library, but at Park West Tavern — is “Napoleon Dynamite” trivia.
If you’re a fan of the movie, you can see if you have what it takes to “defend yourself with the strength of a grizzly, the reflexes of a puma, and the wisdom of a man,” they said.
It’s ages 18 and up, 2-6 players per team. Register: ridgewoodlibrary.org.
The next morning, Ridgewood Library and Valley Hospital are offering, as part of the Ridgewood Health Department Series, “The Mediterranean Diet,” Tuesday, March 19, 10-11 a.m.
Learn about the Mediterranean diet, its benefits, and how to incorporate it into your meal routine. The speaker is Danielle Fabrizio, MS, CHES, Valley Health System.
To register, call 201-670-5500 ext. 2312. The Ridgewood Senior Bus is available for transportation.
