Katy Perry has shared the secrets behind her body transformation as she continues to deny using Ozempic.
The 39-year-old Dark Horse singer is making a musical comeback and is set to release Woman’s World – her first single since 2021 – later this month. Marking her greatly anticipated return to the world of pop, Katy turned heads at Paris Fashion Week last Wednesday when she showed off her chiselled frame in a divisive outfit.
Her chaotic look – which featured an oversized fur coat and low-rise black ripped leggings – drew attention to her incredibly toned abs, sparking rampant online speculation that Katy had become the latest celebrity to turn to Ozempic to help her shed the pounds. However, an insider has now revealed that the real secrets behind Katy’s svelte figure are three simple diet changes as well as her relationship with hunky partner Orlando Bloom.

According to a source close to Katy, the chart-topper is “feeling sexier than ever” and “paying no attention” to the Ozempic speculation, as she knows it is not true. In reality, her slender frame is simply down to drinking lemon water and apple cider vinegar, and cutting sugar out of her diet.
The insider revealed that rather than dabbling in weight loss jabs, the Roar songstress’ body transformation is actually down to her fitness junkie boyfriend, Orland Bloom. Speaking to Heat, they said: “He’s always trying out different cleanses and while Katy hates them with a passion, Orlando is super motivating. She gets competitive with him, so the upside of that is she has got in the best shape of her life.”

The couple – who met back in 2016 and share 3-year-old daughter Daisy Dove – reportedly start their healthy routine as soon as they wake up. “They drink lemon water every morning before having coffee,” the insider added. 47-year-old Orlando – who embarked on a vigorous training schedule ahead of his new extreme sports show earlier this year – reportedly acts as Katy’s personal trainer, telling her to do lunges, squats, and cardio before she even has breakfast. The insider added that the fitness fanatic also “cleared their house” of gluten and sugar. The health-conscious duo “swear by” drinking shots of apple cider vinegar, which they say is good for gut health and reducing bloating. According to the insider, they love the stuff so much they have even invested in their favourite apple cider vinegar company.
