Jamie Dornan hints at the cheeky time he enjoys a Diet Coke

Jamie Dornan made a very cheeky revelation about his sex life while talking to Nick Grimshaw at a Diet Coke party on Thursday evening. 

The Irish actor, 42, has taken on the role of an ambassador for the drinks brand with the campaign encouraging fans to proudly take ownership of their unique tastes, personal interests and own their Diet Coke break moment.

And as host Nick asked The Fifty Shades star to reveal his ‘optimum Diet Coke moment’ Jamie appeared to hint at a cheeky response. 

Agreeing with the radio host that a Diet Coke on holiday is the best, he then added: ‘Or in the morning after a sport,’ he said in a playful manner to much laughter.

Jamie – who’s been married to composer Amelia Warner for 11 years – continued: ‘It is quite nice after that,’ as the audience chuckled. ‘I’m also a golfer, so a nice one after golf.’

Jamie also opened up about his love for open water swimming, as he admitted: ‘I feel like you’re either really into it or your not at all.’ 

Revealing his wife introduced it to him, he explained: ‘I wasn’t really [into it] but my wife got me into it. She’s much braver than I am.’ 

Discussing how he braves the freezing water he told Nick: ‘It’s better to jump in.

‘There is a place in Dublin called Vico baths where it is a real party scene and there are loads of different cultures and they all encourage you to run in and jump in and everyone cheers and it is much easier to do that with the support.’ 

Touching on the community side of the sport, Jamie said: ‘Yeah it’s a big thing up in Hampstead Heath, I’ll see Harry Styles up there.’ 

The Watermelon Sugar High singer has often been seen taking a dip in the chilly pools and even rang in his 30th birthday at the spot. 

Jamie kept it casual for Thursday’s event as he opted for a simple grey jumper and khaki trousers. 

Meanwhile Nick looked stylish in a black blazer with white stitched detailing and a dark grey T-shirt.

Guests were treated to a performance by synchronised swimmers on the rooftop 

Joined by a wider cast of characters, from festival-goers to fancy dressers to experimental chefs, they are all united by their bold self-expression.
