Oprah, 69, Blows Fans Away With Her Slim Figure After Reset Diet

Article

Meal Plans for Weight Loss are the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Eating well means a focus on nutrient rich, whole foods like fruits and vegetables, grass fed meats, nuts and seeds. It also means making wise choices when going out to eat with friends.

Despite being a self-proclaimed yo-yo dieter, WW ambassador Oprah Winfrey is showing off her impressive weight loss progress after vowing to “reset” her health routine late last year.

The talk show host and television producer accessorized her noticeably slimmer figure with a belted look at the Louis Vuitton Cruise Show at Isla Bella in Italy on Wednesday. Fans and the Hollywood elite alike have been gushing over the star—and her health transformation—all over Instagram.

“OK SNATCHED!!!” one user wrote on Instagram. “Can we talk about how good Oprah looks! 😍🔥🙌🏾 ,” another chimed in.

Winfrey herself opened up about the decision to revamp her diet following the holiday season, telling fans on Instagram, “Time for a reset. I’m clearing out my fridge. You know we had 12 people over the house over the holidays. All stayed safe from COVID, thank god, and I gotta say, we ate every day like food had just been invented.”

She encouraged her followers to hop on the WW (formerly Weight Watchers) bandwagon with her. “If you’ve been waiting for the right day, the right time, or some kind of sign…this is it,” she captioned the post. “Today is the day. Day one starts now!”

Winfrey credits her partnership and involvement in WW for the transformation, admitting the program “brings you back to center.”

WW—which previously helped the television personality drop a whopping 40 pounds—breaks down food via a points system based on protein, carbs, fat, and fiber.

“Let’s do our day one together,” she said on social media last year while cleaning out her post-holiday fridge contents. “Not one day, not tomorrow, not next Monday, not next week. Let today be our day one, OK? Goodbye bananas foster cake … And, oh yeah, don’t forget to hydrate.”
